Wyoming Ranch Sells

Last week, the Glen Haven Ranch, North of Buffalo Wyoming sold to new owners.  I am both happy and sad to have sold the listing. Happy because selling the ranch is what they hired us to do, but sad as it is one of my favorite places.  This remarkable Wyoming Ranch brought together many things I enjoy.  The Big Horn Mountains provide a magnificent back drop for the lush fields and rolling plains nestled below.  The Glen Haven Ranch, just 15 minutes from Buffalo and Sheridan Wyoming, is close to town amenities but provides end of the road privacy.  I loved pulling into the ranch for showings as you could always count on several hundred deer and antelope feeding on the hay fields.  It won’t be but a few more weeks and the elk will start showing up on the west border.  As we near closer to September and the annual rut, the elk have come to find the Glen Haven Ranch a favorite feeding area.  Every morning the bulls will be heard bugling and carrying on as they work there way back to the slopes of the mountain with their harems of cows.  Congratulations to the new owners of the ranch and I hope there are many years of enjoyment in their future.
