Fay Ranches, broker of the finest recreational farms, land and ranches for sale in Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Wyoming, is searching for new sales associates and ranch brokers.

Positions are available for offices in Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and Oregon.  We are also open to considering new markets as long as there is sufficient product and we have quality people.  Fay Ranches is highly particular when evaluating anyone who joins the company.  Individuals must have a high level of character and must be team players.  Brokers must be passionate outdoors people.  At Fay Ranches we help each other out and live by the ‘what goes around comes around’ credo.  It must be a good fit for both parties.

Duties would include: Client follow up and servicing; sales; property listing maintenance; client relationship management; potential client presentations; and promotion of the Fay Ranches brand and methods.
