Greg Fay graduated in 1984 from the University of Colorado with a degree in English Literature and has been a full-time real estate broker since 1986. Greg founded Fay Ranches in 1992 and, with James Esperti, founded Fay Management in 1998. The youngest of seven children, Greg was raised in an entrepreneurial family in which the combination of a strong work ethic was combined with an importance placed on doing something you enjoy. Greg has been very successful in fulfilling this family creed. 

An avid outdoorsman all his life, Greg has traveled extensively in pursuit of game fish, upland birds, and big game throughout the Rockies, New Zealand, Argentina, and various saltwater destinations. This passion for the outdoors and over two decades of real estate experience is the perfect combination for success in the ranch real estate world. 

Greg is very happily married and lives with his wife, their son, and their two bird dogs, Rita, a Boykin Spaniel, and Yaz, an English Setter, in Belgrade, Montana.
