James Esperti, Partner
James Esperti grew up in Jackson, Wyoming enjoying and appreciating the outdoor activities Northwest Wyoming offers with friends and family.
While attending Montana State University in Bozeman, James fell in love with Montana and all its natural resources. Graduating in 1995 James met Greg Fay and shortly thereafter began working with Fay Ranches with the mission statement of preserving and enhancing the west’s premier ranches. In 1998 Greg and James started Fay Management to help facilitate their clients after the purchase of a ranch to help with habitat improvement as well as the construction of capital improvements.
James has enjoyed extensive travel in search of game fish (fresh and salt water) and upland birds. In addition to being an ardent angler and wing shooter, James enjoys big game hunting, skiing, and mountain biking throughout Montana and the intermountain west.
James is happily married and lives with his wife and their twin sons in Belgrade, along with their black Labrador, Hoss.
