Cottonwood Creek Reserve overlooks the Gallatin Valley and surrounding area with spectacular, panoramic views!  With 769± acres of wildlife habitat, 662± acres of which are under conservation easement, the views will remain uninhibited and the wildlife habitat, intact.  The remaining acreage may also be placed under conservation or represents excellent home site potential.  Cottonwood Creek is an excellent fishery and flows through the ranch for .75± mile enticing wildlife and fisherperson's, alike, to visit its waters.
