Elk Run Ranch is a beautiful, high mountain property located within the Salmon Challis National Forest in North Central Idaho.  North of Salmon, Idaho and surrounded by Forest Service lands, the property offers many recreational pursuits including big game hunting, grouse hunting, mountain biking, four-wheeling, hiking, horseback riding, and many other outdoor activities.  Offering wonderful accommodations and constructed in the spirit of the Rocky Mountain west, the lodge also has excellent fishing for trout in the healthy, private mountain lake within the property’s boundaries.  The small town of North Fork is 10 minutes to the south and is the closest access to the famous Salmon River offering spring and fall fishing for steelhead and salmon.  Lost Trail Ski Area is 20 minutes up the road providing deep powder skiing many days of the season, and the vibrant university town of Missoula, Montana is approximately 110 miles to the north.  The property has a variety of endless uses, from a family getaway to a corporate retreat or as a business — the possibilities are endless.
