Lime Creek Property

The Lime Creek Property is an end of the road, private acreage encompassing 458+ acres surrounded by public land on 3 sides. The pristine South Fork of Lime Creek flows through the property for just under one mile, weaving a beautiful wildlife rich drainage through the center of the acreage.   Big game is plentiful with an abundance of mule deer, elk, black bear and on occasion a wondering moose can be seen traveling the river bottom.  The property is adjacent to the Sawtooth National Forest and Idaho State lands allowing for virtual private access into thousands of acres.  Other than a couple forest service trails the closest roads are 5 miles to the east and 10 miles to the north. The property has a diverse habitat with timbered hillsides interspersed with lush meadows along with big south facing hill sides with aspen filled drainages and lush grass. This is a private paradise and just under 2 hours from Boise and 1.25 hours from Sun Valley Idaho.
