Clearwater Overlook

The Clearwater Overlook consists of 926± acres and is located on the western ridge above the Clearwater River in Idaho. The Idaho land has steep ridges along with benches as it transitions from the river drainage to the top of ridge. The flora is cut-over timber with a few thick pockets of timber left for wildlife habitat.  The property is adjacent to the county road, Greer Grade, as it drops into the Clearwater drainage from the rolling lush farm grounds around Nez Perce, Idaho.

This Idaho hunting property is a favorite haunt for wildlife that includes whitetail deer, elk, bear, and turkey, with much of the wildlife using the area year-round and as winter range. The lower end of the property is situated at an elevation of 1,320 ft. with the upper reaches topping out at 2,624 ft, above sea level.  The property begins just a few hundred feet away from the river, and would make an ideal base for steelhead fly fishing on the Clearwater along with chasing whitetail deer on a cool November morning.
