Everdawn Charles , Office Manager
Ever Charles was born and raised in central Montana and “caught the bug” for the outdoors at an early age. She earned her degree in Education and Psychology at Rocky Mountain College in Billings and after a career in both the non-profit and retail industries, moved to Bozeman with her family in 2010.
Prior to coming to Fay Ranches, she worked with the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Montana, as its Executive Director and for Samuels Jewelers in Billings as their Manager. Her career with the MDA afforded her the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Montana before settling in Bozeman.
Ever is an avid skier and snowshoe enthusiast and she also likes to spend her summer months windsurfing, camping, hiking, and exploring the mountains in and around southwest Montana.
She is also a mother of three gorgeous children. Her husband Josh is a firefighter for the city of Bozeman and is also a fanatical outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing in southwest Montana. We can always see her face light up and her smile widen when she talks about any of them.
As she comes to us to take on the responsibilities of the Office Manager at Fay Ranches’ headquarters in Bozeman, MT she fits in just perfectly as a family person, who’s avid about the outdoors and conservation. She personifies much of what we stand for at Fay and we are certainly fortunate to call her a friend and integral part of what we are up to.
