Ryan Flair, Ranch Sales
Ryan Flair brings over twelve years of coordinating transactions and project management to Fay Ranches. He is also one of the Rocky Mountain West’s biggest advocates owed to a lifetime of skiing, hiking, hunting, and fishing while growing up in Bozeman, Montana. He enjoys outdoor adventures and the connections he’s made living and working in Bozeman. Ryan has developed a passion for nature and its many attributes which have given him appreciation for, and the desire to help preserve, the great places that have been so important and beneficial to his life experiences.
Early in his professional career, Mr. Flair was a producer and assistant director in the commercial and film industry. Always an entrepreneur, he created his own production company, Black Dog Films, specializing in wildlife and natural history with over a dozen films appearing on the Discovery Channel. The challenging work of organizing and directing the numerous endeavors and crews has contributed to his abilities to manage complicated transactions, work with variable personalities, and problem solve to achieve common goals. This training along with his background in competitive sports has given him the fortitude to stay the course and see projects through to completion.
Ryan has an extensive background in high-end ranch real estate sales with complex deal structures and has closed some of the largest transactions in the company. Ryan has remained an integral part of Fay Ranches, Inc. for twelve years, personally contributing to over $140 million in sales.
Ryan has retained his passion for fly-fishing, bow hunting, bird hunting and a myriad of outdoor activities. Devoted to finding each individual their own personal paradise, he looks forward to working with people while helping them experience and appreciate all the West has to offer.
