Kim was raised on her family’s North Dakota cattle ranch where she learned the importance of hard work, honesty, integrity, and family early on. She graduated from Sidney, Montana High School and headed off to Montana State University in Bozeman where she graduated with a degree in Business Marketing. She entered the sales world working in Seattle for the better part of 5 years. When an opportunity arose to move back to Montana, she traded in her black heels for the cowboy boots she grew up in and came back to live the rural lifestyle.
Kim believes in passing the generational torch and has raised her 3 children on the Boyce Ranch in beautiful Central Montana’s Snowy Mountains. Based in Lewistown, MT, the Boyce family run cows, trains roping horses and wrangles kids; oldest daughter Cody is a graduate of Montana State University in her first year of veterinary school, Son Brady is also at MSU on the rodeo team for the Bobcats and youngest son Jett attends Fergus High School in Lewistown. He loves to play Football and hunt.
It has proven to be a fast-paced life as Kim is everything from a rancher, to a small business owner, a ranch manager & real estate agent and a Mom. Kim is active in the Central Montana PRCA Rodeo Committee, the Central MT High School Rodeo Club and Fergus FFA Chapter and still spends as much time as she can at home on the Winter Ranch in western ND.
During her nearly 15 years with Fay Ranches, Kim has helped clients buy and sell everything from large farm/ranch operations to smaller recreational getaways and is proud to have maintained relationships with many of those clients long after the sale. Kim believes that her clients’ goals drive the entire equation and she will use her experience owning, buying, selling and managing farm, ranch and recreational real estate to help you realize those goals.
Clients can depend on Kim for thorough property research and attention to detail throughout the entire process of the transaction, from beginning to end. With the support of Fay Ranches, Kim looks forward to helping other people discover the beauty and endless opportunities Montana has to offer.
