Mike has been licensed in the real estate industry since 2008. His primary focus is representing clients in purchasing and/or marketing farm/ranch and recreational real estate. Mike’s career in the financial services industry in providing investment, financial and estate planning services has proven to be extremely beneficial in assisting clients as they make informed decisions pertaining to their real estate investment portfolios.
Mike has represented and closed in excess of $100 million in real estate transactions throughout a four-state area (SD, ND, WY & MT). He also achieved the coveted “ALC” Accredited Land Consultant designation through The REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI). This designation requires the successful completion of a rigorous education program and a positive track record in sales. In addition, Mike has experience working with Attorneys, CPA’s and Trust Officers among other advisors to successfully complete transactions.
