Paul was born in Aberdeen Washington and was raised in Tenino Washington where he spent his high school years working on a dairy farm. He made the decision to return to Tenino in 1992 to raise his family after serving 6 years in the U.S. Army. Married to his wife Lori since 1986 they raised 2 sons and have 2 grandsons.

Starting his Washington real estate career in 1992 with Century 21 where he earned the prestigious Centurion Award twice. Then wanting to work with larger land owners he moved to Hodges Commercial Real Estate and was the managing broker for Forestland Resources division. During this time he worked with major industrial timberland owners, conservation groups and large land owners. The goal was and still is to help these landowners receive the maximum return on their land investment whether it be buying or selling property in Washington.

Paul is an avid outdoor enthusiast and during his time off you can find him hunting big game, fishing or hiking with his wife Lori. Paul enjoys fishing for everything from Rainbow trout in the local lakes with his grandsons to Albacore tuna fishing 70 miles out to sea. Having been a legal hunter since age 13 he has been able to enjoy all of the hunting opportunities the Washington state has to offer. Paul hunts both archery and rifle and favorite big game species to hunt are the Roosevelt elk and Black-Tailed deer. Working with many happy clients over the years has gained him access to 1000’s of acres of private land to hunt and enjoy the outdoors.

Years of firsthand experience and knowledge in the real estate industry have helped Paul to be able to guide his clients down the sometimes winding path to achieving their dream of owning real estate in Washington.
