The West Combest Ranch encompasses nearly 8 full sections of contiguous land, nearly all of which are accessible and usable because of the extensive road system throughout the ranch. The property surrounds the Glade Ranch on three sides and backs to US Forest Service and State of Montana lands. There are several springs that feed the three major creeks, Combest Creek, West Combest Creek and Miller Creek. Headwaters begin in the southwest portion of the ranch and flow northeast to the Flathead River. The ranch is located just minutes from town and ideally situated in the middle of the recreationally abundant, Clark Fork Valley of northwest Montana.
The West Combest Ranch would make a fabulous recreational retreat or year round residence. It could also be a great addition to the adjacent Glade Ranch. The Glade ranch can stand-alone as an inclusive cattle operation but it also has great potential as a hay base for expanded, larger program if combined with the West Combest Creek Ranch. Merging the summer grazing recreational aspects of West Combest with the great base operation of the Glade ranch would result in an impressive ownership tract in the Clark Fork valley.
