Amanda is a real estate broker in the state of Washington assisting Troy Dana. Passionate about the Northwest, her familiarity with Washington is an asset to both buyers and sellers. She is focused, present, and brings her calm demeanor to find solutions during stressful situations. She is excited to join Fay Ranches so she can combine her love for the outdoors with her shared commitment to building relationships.
Amanda is a fourth-generation Washington Native who grew up on the Olympic Peninsula surrounded by saltwater and mountains. She attended Central Washington University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising. She has an eye for design and uses her creative skills for marketing. Amanda is an adventurer at heart, and after watching the movie “Into the Wild,” she quickly realized she had to visit Alaska. So, she booked a one-way flight to the last frontier and spent the summer servicing clients at a luxury fishing lodge. It was here where Amanda learned the value of hard work. Her independence and free spirit led her to travel and work seasonally, where she eventually joined her father’s small tour company. Amanda guided people around Seattle, Mount Rainier National Park, Skagit Valley, and even Tanzania, where they spent two weeks on safari together. With the work ethic of “clients come first,” her father taught her what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur. Amanda helped him build the business to be number one on TripAdvisor and uses that customer-centered approach in her business today.
Beyond business, Amanda loves the outdoors. She recently got married and spent two weeks with her husband visiting National Parks in Utah. Always looking for adventure, they skydived over Moab, rock climbed in side by sides, hiked The Narrows in Zion, and rode mules in Bryce Canyon. Amanda appreciates how the outdoors bring people together and create lasting memories.
