Bryon has been selling land since 2001. He began working on the family farm when he was eight years old, tending to the animals and driving the tractor. In 1986 Bryon started working in the logging and construction business and became a union heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed what he did for many years. Working in the woods was a great job, but working for himself was always the goal. In 2001 he got his real estate license, and selling land and farms became his primary focus in life. He has a great work ethic and thrives by helping buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals. Buyers benefit from working with Bryon thanks to his over 30 years of outdoor experience, as well as 20 years of land acquisitions. Bryon won’t just sell you a ranch or farm; he will help you long after the sale with food plot locations, creating a better habitat for animals, lake or pond locations, and much more. Bryon is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients and represents buyers and sellers locally and worldwide. Many of them are repeat clients and have now become personal friends.
Sellers love working with Bryon because of his years of experience accommodating them to sell their land quickly and for market price. Bryon doesn’t just send his clients to a ranch or farm and tell them to walk it, and he prefers to walk along with you every step of the way. Answering every question and providing valuable insight into the land is what he does best.
Bryon belongs to the Realtor Land Institute, a worldwide organization of land professionals that offers the opportunity to network with and market to other outstanding brokers across the country.
