Bryon Clarke

Licensed in: WA

Bryon has been selling land since 2001. He began working on the family farm when he was eight years old, tending to the animals and driving the tractor. In 1986 Bryon started working in the logging and construction business and became a union heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed what he did for many years. Working in the woods was a great job, but working for himself was always the goal. In 2001 he got his real estate license and selling land and farms became his primary focus in life.  He has a great work ethic and thrives by helping buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals. Buyers benefit from working with Bryon thanks to his over 30 years of outdoor experience, as well as 20 years of land acquisitions. Bryon won’t just sell you a ranch or farm, he will help you long after the sale with food plot locations, creating a better habitat for animals, lake or pond locations and much more. Bryon is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients and represents buyers and sellers locally and worldwide. Many of them are repeat clients and have now become personal friends.

Sellers love working with Bryon because of his years of experience accommodating them to sell their land quickly and for market price. Bryon doesn’t just send his clients to a ranch or farm and tell them to walk it, he prefers to walk along with you every step of the way. Answering every question and providing valuable insight into the land is what he does best.

Bryon loves everything about wildlife and the outdoors. He has a great passion for hunting, fishing and recreating. He has fished and hunted the Pacific Northwest since he was a boy and as a licensed Scuba diver, he has dived the seas in both Central America and the Caribbean.

His love for outdoors allowing him to help others find their own piece of heaven. In the last 20 years, Bryon has helped hundreds of people sell and buy their land, ranch or farm. With over $100 million in sales, it goes to show that loving what you do and understanding the outdoors is a great combination.

Bryon loves hanging out with his wife Danielle. They own the family homestead his great grandfather built in 1905 and are always improving it. They love to travel and spend as much time outdoors as possible either hunting upland game birds, fishing for salmon in Alaska or chasing mule deer in the Okanogan.
