Paul is a real estate broker, licensed in the state of Washington. He was born in Aberdeen, Washington, and was raised in Tenino, Washington, where he spent his high school years working on a dairy farm. He married his wife, Lori, in 1986; after serving six years in the U.S. Army, he decided to return to Tenino in 1992 to raise his family. Paul and Lori have two sons, and two grandsons.
Starting his Washington real estate career in 1992 with Century 21, he twice earned the prestigious Centurion Award. Then, wanting to work with larger landowners, he moved to Hodges Commercial Real Estate, and was the managing broker for the Forestland Resources division. During this time, he worked with major industrial timberland owners, conservation groups, and large landowners. Paul’s goal is to help these landowners receive the maximum return on their land investment, whether buying or selling property in Washington.
Paul is a member of the Realtor Land Institute, a worldwide organization of land professionals which offers the opportunity to network with, and market to, other outstanding brokers across the country.
Paul is an avid outdoor enthusiast; during his time off, you can find him hunting big game, fishing, or hiking with his wife, Lori. Paul enjoys fishing for everything from Rainbow trout in the local lakes with his grandsons, to albacore tuna fishing, seventy miles out to sea. Having been a legal hunter since the age of thirteen, he has enjoyed all of the hunting opportunities Washington state has to offer. Paul is both an archery and a rifle hunter, and his favorite big game species to hunt are the Roosevelt elk and Black-tailed deer. Working with many happy clients over the years has gained him access to thousands of acres of private land on which to hunt, and enjoy the outdoors.
Years of first-hand experience, and knowledge of the real estate industry have helped Paul guide his clients down the sometimes winding path to achieving their dream of owning real estate in Washington.
