Teri’s enthusiasm for caring for others led her into the healthcare business after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Idaho and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Montana. After years in healthcare in Idaho, Wyoming, Kentucky, and Montana, Teri is transitioning her knowledge into assisting the agents at Fay Ranches. To Teri, the Fay Ranches’ four pillars of family, investment value, sporting pursuits, and conservation matches her family’s foundational values.

Teri is a Licensed Assistant for Greg Fay, James Esperti, Ryan Bramlette, and Matt Henningsen. Having spent her youth hiking and riding through the mountains of Central Idaho and Southwestern Montana, Teri experienced the values of management, conservation, and enjoyment of natural resources. She claims Dillon, Montana has her hometown. With a large extended family working in various natural resource fields, Teri realized her passions were leading her elsewhere and treasured the foundation of her family resource conservation values.

Skyler, Teri’s first springer spaniel, enjoyed her dog sitter, Chris. Realizing dogs always know best, Teri began spending her spare time mountain biking, hiking, and exploring trails with Chris. Teri eventually asked Chris to marry her, and they have been together ever since. Chris is a Physician Assistant at Bozeman Health. Together, Teri and Chris are raising their daughter Shelby and their newest springer spaniel, Dandy. Teri’s hobbies include anything outdoors: camping, hiking, snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, traveling, gardening, and taking naps in the sunshine.
