Burnt River Ranch

The property consists of 853± contiguous acres that are completely perimeter fenced with cross fencing forming three pastures.  The timber on the land consists of Ponderosa Pine and Douglas Fir on the northern section and covers approximately 300 acres of the property and Pinion Pine and Sage Brush extend into the southern reaches of the ranch.  Forest Service property borders the northern portion of the acreage with private holdings bordering the remainder.  China Creek runs through the middle of the ranch and is lined with willows and extends into lush meadows as it joins the Burnt River flowing to the south.  There are privately maintained roads on the property allowing for full access into the ranch.  Elevation on the property ranges from 3,950 ft. to 4,500 ft.
