FAY RANCHES SUMMIT 2017
Last month, Fay Ranches agents from across the country came together in Bozeman to participate in round-table discussions of business, strategy, and the finer points of selling land. The discussions are a combination of shared experiences, knowledge, methods, and ideas that not only increase the level of competency as individual agents but as a collaborative group. Each year for many years, Fay Ranches agents have had this opportunity to learn from each other and build relationships amongst themselves, reinforcing the foundation of the company.

In addition to the nearly 100% participation by Fay agents, the 3-day Summit included a number of Republic Ranches agents from both Texas and Colorado. Fay Ranches and Republic Ranches continue to work together as strategic partners in a unique and unparalleled relationship that elevates both brokerage firms as leaders in the land brokerage industry.
As is standard at Fay Ranches, the Summit could not be complete without camaraderie through celebration; and 2017 has been a year to celebrate! On Thursday evening, we raised our glasses at a local eatery to the release of LAND INVESTOR Vol. 3 magazine, and Friday night was spent at the home of Greg and Shannon Fay, where clients, friends, family, and colleagues came together to observe and applaud Fay Ranches’ 25-year Anniversary – and to ring in the next 25 years!
Here’s to continuing a philosophy of good business, good people, and good times.
