Jim Vidamour, Broker of the Year in Residential Land Sales

This accolade was presented by the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) as part of the RLI APEX Production Awards Program, sponsored by The Land Report, during a special ceremony at the RLI’s 2024 National Land Conference (NLC24) in Louisville, Kentucky, on Tuesday, March 12.

Upon receiving the award, Vidamour expressed his gratitude and dedication, “I’m proud to be part of such a great team and that I’m able to provide exceptional service to my clientele,” showcasing his unwavering commitment to excellence within the land real estate sector. Jim lives in La Veta, Colorado, a small rural ranching town in southern Colorado, and Angel Fire, New Mexico, in the heart of Enchanted Circle country with his wife, Kelly.

The honor comes in recognition of Vidamour’s significant contributions and success in residential land sales across Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. RLI CEO AubrieAPEX Zoom Background Regional BOTY Kobernus, MBA, RCE, and The Land Report’s Co-founders Eddie Lee Rider Jr. and Eric O’Keefe acknowledged Jim’s outstanding achievements and his role in enhancing the land real estate profession.
