Nashville set the stage for the Fay Ranches 2026 Summit with a few days of southern hospitality. This year’s event, from March 29 to April 2, brought together 100 attendees from Fay Ranches, Endstate Commercial Partners, and numerous industry leaders. The multi-day gathering focused on connection, education, and momentum heading into the year ahead. The Welcome Party reflected broader industry alignment, with peers from across the land industry, including Republic Ranches, Peoples Company, and Paul Shirley of The Process, joining the conversation.
Designed as a balance of business and Nashville experiences, the Summit paired morning education with afternoons built for conversation, collaboration, and relationship-building. A standout networking evening event, The Gathering at Gibson, brought attendees together in a more relaxed setting, blending music, hospitality, and connection in a way that reflected the spirit of the company and the Summit event. The result was a rhythm that allowed attendees to both learn and connect in a way that felt productive without being forced.
This year’s content delivered a strong mix of industry insight and forward-looking perspective: content agents can immediately take back into their markets. Highlights included keynote speaker Vishal Amin with the Spades Institute, updates from the Realtor Land Institute, auction insights from Whitaker Marketing Group, and service overviews from Wildfire Technical Services and Boa Safra. One highlight was a session on AI with Steve Atkinson. It was followed by a roundtable discussion on collaboration opportunities between Fay Ranches and Endstate Commercial Partners. This partnership adds another resource for Fay Ranches agents and their clients.
