A good mix of business and pleasure!
This past week in Bozeman, Montana, Fay agents from across the country traveled to participate in the Fay Ranches Summit. As is customary at Fay Ranches, this event was a nice mix of business and pleasure. We spent four hours on Thursday and again on Friday educating ourselves on the finer points of selling farm, ranches, timber, and plantations in a discussion format. The sessions proved extremely valuable as the exchange of ideas, methods and knowledge were incredible, with some of the most experienced and successful land brokers in the country sharing what they’ve learned over the years from their successes and challenges.
Bryan Pickens of Republic Ranches traveled up from Texas to join in the discussion and the festivities.
On Thursday night, fun was had by all at the 
Bozeman Distillery, where everyone celebrated the
release of Volume 2 of Land Investor magazine.
Friday night, we had a great family gathering at Greg and Shannon Fay’s house, where celebration and sincere joy in spending time with each other was the dominant theme. Then several of the agents headed down to the Fay’s ranch on the Ruby River to enjoy some wild trout fishing as well as fun times around the campfire.
