The Summit attendance fee is $450/agent and $200/additional guest. Summit attendance fees are not refundable after December 1, 2025. Starting Jan 1, 2026, the attendance fee will increase to $550/agent and $300/additional guest. Please reach out to Allison with questions or payment options.

BOOKING INFORMATION:

The standard room block rate is $319 per night, $20 for each additional person, plus taxes & fees until February 23, 2026, 5:00 PM local time. AS OF 9/23/2025 ROOMS OUTSIDE THE ROOM BLOCK DATES REQUIRE YOU TO CALL THE VENUE. Please book your rooms early to take advantage of this fantastic offer and for priority room selection. Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Computer and charger, Fay-branded apparel, and your dancing shoes!
Q: How do I get to the venue?
A: Detailed directions are in the travel section above. If you are flying in, you will have to arrange and pay for your own ground transportation. Fay staff will not be providing shuttle services.
Q: Will beer be provided? (or close by)
A: There will be ample opportunity to imbibe. Each night you will be provided with drink tickets.
Q: How should I dress?
A: Please dress casually, keeping in mind that we will have a photographer on-site for the entire event. We would appreciate it if you would wear as much branded Fay Ranches clothing and hats as possible. Thank you!
Q: Can my kids come?
A: Yes, kids are welcome. In fact, the Gaylord Opryland has an indoor water park!
Q: Can my pets come?
A: No, the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center does not allow pets unless they are registered service animals.
Q: Will there be something for my +1 to do while I am in sessions?
A: We encourage you to invite your +1 to any relevant sessions and dinners. The Resort has many nearby attractions. Please review the agenda and the venue website for more details.
