A scenic drive from either Denver or Colorado Springs, Colorado will take you far away from it all in approximately two hours and land you among some of the state’s tallest and most spectacular scenery.
Located in the coveted Arkansas River Valley and surrounded by San Isabel National Forest and Brown’s Canyon National Monument, Corner Post Ranch offers year-round recreation opportunities for sportsmen and outdoor enthusiasts.
Corner Post Ranch is comprised of forty lush, sub-irrigated acres and is perfectly suited for a horse property, small cattle operation or simply for the family that wants to get away from it all and take in the natural beauty and recreation that abounds in the area. The land is fenced and cross fenced and has a section of Gas Creek running through one corner as well as a seasonal spring that provides sub-irrigation to the land. There is domestic water well that supports the residence, livestock, landscaping, and gardens of the ranch. Currently, Corner Post Ranch supports thirty cow/calf pairs June through October.
