Prince Mountain overlooks lake Ocoee, also know as Parksville Lake, in Southeast Tennessee with pristine and protected views. Located conveniently from Atlanta, Nashville, and Knoxville. The lake was constructed by the TVA in 1910 and is protected from development. The property itself is mostly thinned forest and trails. This entire area in Tennessee is known for incredible outdoor adventures. Just 14 miles from the property is the Hiwassee River, which offers the feel of a large western trout stream and also offers fishing for smallmouth and striped bass. There are enormous brown and rainbow trout to be found in the Hiwassee. Also, there is an abundance of hiking, including the John Muir Recreational Trail, and many opportunities to access fishing, waterfalls, and other attractions in the area.
