Prince Mountain overlooks lake Ocoee, also know as Parksville Lake, in Southeast Tennessee with pristine and protected views. Located conveniently from Atlanta, Nashville, and Knoxville. This approximately 280± acre mountain property consists of two tracts, one commercial and one forest, allowing for endless potential for professional, commercial, and personal investment. The lake was constructed by the TVA in 1910 and is protected from development. The Ocoee River in the upper sections above the lake is the home to the 1996 Olympic site and offers world-class whitewater, while the lake and lower river offer many boating, tubing, fishing, and other recreational options.

The property itself is mostly thinned forest and trails. This entire area in Tennessee is known for incredible outdoor adventures. Just 14 miles from the property is the Hiwassee River, which offers the feel of a large western trout stream and also offers fishing for smallmouth and striped bass. There are enormous brown and rainbow trout to be found in the Hiwassee. Also, there is an abundance of hiking, including the John Muir Recreational Trail, and many opportunities to access fishing, waterfalls, and other attractions in the area.

Hunting and Fishing

There is hunting and wildlife on the property. Many opportunities exist in the area, including whitetail deer, turkey, black bear, boar, and many small game. Wildlife on lake Ocoee is incredible to watch, from bald eagles to catching a glimpse of many birds and game along its shores.

Across the street from the property are Lake Ocoee and the Ocoee River, with many fishing opportunities. Also in the area are other lakes and streams, including World Class Trout Fishing on the upper Hiwassee river and bass and striper fishing on the lower.
