Addison Jackson

Assistant to Robert Martin
Santa Fe, NM

Addison is an administrative assistant working for Robert Martin in New Mexico. Addison grew up in Clovis, New Mexico, in a four-generation farming family. In high school, she moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she attended the New Mexico School for the Arts. Growing up, Addison spent lots of time outdoors on her family’s central New Mexico ranch, as well as going on family fishing trips in the Texas Hill Country every Spring. Addison also spent time with her family “flipping” historic buildings as a side business, which helped spark her interest in real estate.

While attending Lubbock Christian University, Addison worked as a summer camp counselor in Cloudcroft and Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she enjoyed hiking and recreation with her campers. Addison graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in 2018 and still resides in Lubbock, Texas.  Before working as an assistant for Fay Ranches, Addison worked as a music teacher for special needs adults at a local non-profit day program.

Addison and her husband Randall also opened Monomyth Coffee, a coffee shop and coffee roasting business in Lubbock’s historic downtown in June of 2019. They both stay busy with the coffee shop as well as their seven-month-old son, Teddy. Addison has always enjoyed how the outdoors can bring people together and spends her free time hiking, gardening, and traveling with family.
