Charlie McFarlane is the Director of Marketing at Fay Ranches, where she leads the brand’s creative and strategic marketing efforts. A Kansas City, Missouri native, Charlie grew up working in her family’s business, one of the largest industrial sheet suppliers in the Midwest, which gave her an early appreciation for hard work and business operations. She headed west to Montana State University to study Marketing and Graphic Design and fell in love with the Rocky Mountain region along the way. Before joining Fay Ranches, Charlie built her marketing experience across the nonprofit and retail sectors, focusing on digital, event, and print marketing. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time with friends and family, including the occasional very competitive card game night.
