Emily Olson is a 5th-generation Montanan, born in Butte, who grew up splitting time between Montana and California. She spent five years in real estate before transitioning into IT, where as an IT Project Manager she oversaw infrastructure overhauls, software development, and security compliance projects for companies and government entities.

Now returning to real estate with Fay Ranches, Emily is excited to have found a company that shares her love of the outdoors and conservation. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, BBQing, camping, fly fishing, archery, and sailing — and fills her weekends with adventures that get her and her puppy Mochi out of the city.
