Kimberly Lowry
Broker Associate
Licensed in: MT
Kimberly Lowry became a Montana real estate broker over twenty years ago and began her career by marketing luxury recreational, resort, and ranch properties. This foundation has allowed her to well represent both buyers and sellers of Montana farm, ranch, and recreational properties. As a Broker at Fay Ranches Inc., Kimberly enjoys working with buyers and sellers of some of the finest working ranches, farms, and recreational properties throughout Montana.
In addition to ranch real estate, Kimberly and her family raise cattle, hogs, and lambs with a focus on producing livestock that can be competitive for 4H and FFA showmen. They also provide excellent carcass traits and high-quality finished products. In fact, offspring from their cattle breeding program achieved top honors and Prime Grading—winning the State of Montana beef carcass contest several years in a row. Calves, lambs, and hogs from their breeding program can be seen in show rings across the state of Montana and throughout the northwest, as well as nationally.
A former college athlete (she was a National Champion rower for the University of Massachusetts at Amherst crew team), Kimberly attended the U.S. Olympic Development and Training Camp for rowing. Goal setting is very important to Kimberly—something she has passed on to her children. At the 2020 National Western Stock Show in Denver, Colorado, she sat ringside as her daughter achieved a “dream board” goal—showing her market steer-to-class winner, as well as earning the honor of Grand Champion Intermediate Beef Showmanship.
Kimberly appreciates the opportunity to assist clients to identify and reach their personal and business goals. She believes in the value of service, and has enjoyed volunteering in her community as a Youth 4H Leader, Vice-President of 4H Council and 4H Foundation Board Member, where she served as the Chairman of the Foundation Scholarship Committee, and as a Rotarian.
On her days off, Kimberly and her family take advantage of the multitude of recreational pursuits available in the Treasure State, including big game hunting for elk and deer, hiking, horseback riding, fishing the mountain lakes, and downhill skiing.
Kimberly applies her many years of experience in the ranch real estate industry, her understanding of working ranches and the relationship of agricultural production and quality big game and fishery habitat to her passion for selling land. Her vast knowledge of Montana land is something she loves to share with her clients, many of whom have become friends over the years.

Testimonials for Kimberly Lowry
My wife and I recently completed a 1031 exchange – selling a property in CA and purchasing the Great Divide Ranch in Montana. We wanted to pass on the experience we enjoyed working with Kimberly Lowry. We have been involved in 1031 exchanges numerous times over the years. This one was a bit more nuanced than most. Throughout the twists and turns, Kimberly aided in resolving all issues in a prompt, thorough and pleasant manner. She was instrumental in connecting us with specialists in Montana to facilitate our understanding and resolution on issues of taxes, water rights, etc., unique to Montana ownership. Kimberly was a pleasure! She is a tremendous representative of Fay Ranches, and we would highly recommend her to anyone considering purchasing property in Montana.
Kimberly Lowry brokered the sale of my Helena Valley Farm. During this process, she was most knowledgeable of farm and ranch issues. Kimberly worked hard and diligently. Most importantly, she was conscientious and always truthful in dealing with prospective buyers and me. Her consistently professional demeanor enhanced her credibility. I am very happy to recommend her to anyone selling farm and ranch properties.
