Kimberly Lowry
Broker, MT
Licensed in MT
Kimberly Lowry began her real estate career over twenty years ago by marketing luxury, recreational, resort, and ranch properties. Spending several years marketing properties before obtaining her real estate license helped her build a foundation that has allowed her to develop a career as one of the most successful female farm and ranch real estate Brokers in Montana. As a Broker at Fay Ranches Inc., Kimberly applies her years of experience while working with buyers and sellers of some of the finest luxury properties, working ranches, farms, and recreational properties throughout much of the State of Montana.
In addition to real estate, Kimberly raises cattle and lambs, focusing on producing livestock that can be competitive for 4H and FFA showmen. She is passionate about mentoring youth and helping them learn how to work with and feed their livestock project animals to ensure the highest level of success. Her livestock also provide excellent carcass traits and a high-quality finished product. Offspring from her cattle breeding program achieved top honors and Prime Grading—winning the State of Montana beef carcass contest several years in a row. Calves and lambs from her breeding program can be seen in show rings across the state of Montana and throughout the northwest, as well as nationally.
A former college athlete (she was a National Champion rower for the University of Massachusetts at Amherst crew team), Kimberly attended the US Olympic Development and Training Camp for rowing. Goal setting is essential to Kimberly, who has passed it on to her children. At the 2020 National Western Stock Show in Denver, Colorado, she proudly witnessed her daughter achieve a cherished milestone—showing her market steer to win first place in its class, earning the esteemed title of Grand Champion Intermediate Beef Showmanship. This achievement sparked a series of successes as her daughter continued to excel, earning Reserve Champion Showmanship at subsequent National Western Stock Shows and securing top honors at prestigious events like the Arizona Nationals and Aksarben and Reserve Champion at the American Royal.
Today, she remains deeply involved in her community, supporting her daughter's academic pursuits in agriculture at Oklahoma State University and her son's collegiate athletic career in football and business studies at Montana Tech. Her family's journey embodies a commitment to excellence and active participation in their cherished agricultural and sporting communities. Kimberly has raised her children with the same work ethic and dedication she applies to each transaction while helping her real estate clients work toward their goals.
She believes in the value of service and has enjoyed volunteering over the years in her community as a Youth 4H Leader, Vice-President of the 4H Council, and 4H Foundation Board Member, where she served as the Chairman of the Foundation Scholarship Committee for some time, and as a Rotarian. On her days off, Kimberly can be found hiking in the mountains with her dogs or taking advantage of the multitude of recreational pursuits available in the Treasure State, including big game hunting for elk and deer, horseback riding, fishing the mountain lakes, and downhill skiing to name a few of her favorite pastimes.
Kimberly applies her many years of experience in the ranch real estate industry, her understanding of working ranches, and the relationship between agricultural production and quality big game and fishery habitat to her passion for selling land. She loves to share her vast knowledge of luxury properties and Montana land with her clients, many of whom have become friends over the years.

Testimonials for Kimberly Lowry
My wife and I recently completed a 1031 exchange – selling a property in CA and purchasing the Great Divide Ranch in Montana. We wanted to pass on the experience we enjoyed working with Kimberly Lowry. We have been involved in 1031 exchanges numerous times over the years. This one was a bit more nuanced than most. Throughout the twists and turns, Kimberly aided in resolving all issues in a prompt, thorough and pleasant manner. She was instrumental in connecting us with specialists in Montana to facilitate our understanding and resolution on issues of taxes, water rights, etc., unique to Montana ownership. Kimberly was a pleasure! She is a tremendous representative of Fay Ranches, and we would highly recommend her to anyone considering purchasing property in Montana.
Kimberly Lowry brokered the sale of my Helena Valley Farm. During this process, she was most knowledgeable of farm and ranch issues. Kimberly worked hard and diligently. Most importantly, she was conscientious and always truthful in dealing with prospective buyers and me. Her consistently professional demeanor enhanced her credibility. I am very happy to recommend her to anyone selling farm and ranch properties.
