Naomi, a fifth-generation Montanan with roots in Choteau and Missoula, brings an unmatched depth of expertise to her role as a licensed real estate assistant. Naomi’s professional career has spanned over two decades in the title and escrow industry. It has been characterized by managing complex transactions, ensuring legal compliance, and delivering outstanding client service. Her diverse escrow background encompasses a wide array of transactions, including residential, land, asset/business, commercial properties, and farm and ranch. She has cultivated strong, collaborative relationships with key industry players, including lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and title agents. Her proactive approach to problem-solving, open communication, and strong work ethic have consistently led to successful outcomes in transactions of all complexities. She is well-versed in every aspect of the closing process, from preparing and reconciling closing statements to drafting essential documents, conducting closings with precision, and accurately disbursing closing funds. 

Throughout her tenure as Vice President of Montana Exchange, Naomi oversaw exchange transactions, including deferred, reverse, and improvement exchanges. She efficiently managed the exchange process for her clients, coordinating between relinquished and replacement transactions on a national scale. She worked closely with legal counsel on essential exchange documents and the formation of EAT entities, established interest-bearing exchange accounts, communicated critical information to key stakeholders, collaborated with title and escrow companies across the country, efficiently disbursed proceeds, and ensured accurate reconciliation of exchange accounts.

Driven by a genuine passion for navigating transactions, Naomi enjoys unraveling each deal’s unique legal, financial, and environmental intricacies. Teaming up with Dan Mahoney and Mike DeShore marks an exciting new chapter in her career. 

Beyond real estate, Naomi channels her entrepreneurial spirit into Nitro Coffee, a business she has owned since 2015. Her passion for coffee further cements her bond with the Missoula community.

Married with four adventurous children, Naomi treasures time spent with her family attending concerts, camping, boating, hiking, and fishing—enjoying Montana's endless beauty and opportunities.
