Phillip Lammonds

Broker
Licensed in TN

Born in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville, North Carolina, Phillip Lammonds was for two decades the owner and principal broker for Prince George Sothebys, a forward-thinking land and property brokerage in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. His honest approach, and commitment to serving his clients’ interests, has kept Phillip in the upper echelon of real estate brokers throughout the southeast. He has also been a successful and staunch advocate of responsible land use and habitat management.

Few brokers have cultivated Phillip’s sense of stewardship. His policy is simple: land isn’t a commodity—it’s an eternity. Given that, his approach as a real estate professional is to diligently work on behalf of those seeking to fulfill their dreams of owning land as a heritage investment, sporting property, or family retreat.

Phillip has joined Fay Ranches to do just that. “I had become disenchanted with the real estate business trend of not putting the client’s needs first. I wasn’t interested in jumping back in, until I met Greg Fay and his team of professionals. Their integrity alone let me know I’ve found a home.”

Phillip is a husband, family man, fisherman, bird hunter, licensed falconer, and professional songwriter/artist with Curb Word Publishing in Nashville. His musical roots run deep: the Partons, on his mother's side, and, of course, the Lammonds, were no strangers to the rich melodies and stories of the Smokey Mountain hills and Carolina salt marshes. After college, Phillip  founded The Blue Dogs, a critically acclaimed bluegrass and rock-inspired jam band. He started his family in South Carolina while working as a fishing guide, falconer, and owner / broker at Southeby's.

When not assisting clients, Phillip enjoys the sporting life, including bird hunting and fly fishing in Tennessee, Louisiana and Canada, and deep sea fishing in the Bahamas. He currently resides in Nashville, where, in addition to brokering land, he continues a successful songwriting career—his songs have been recorded by greats such as Hootie and the Blowfish, Josh Turner, Darius Rucker, and Blake Shelton, among others.
