Tracy was born and raised outside of Chicago until the age of 13 when she moved to San Diego the day before beginning high school. In 1989, she moved to Bend, Oregon, when it was a small town of only 23,000. She has three children and a granddaughter who reside in Bend, Canada, and LA.
She began in real estate in 1986 working as an Available Property Coordinator for Coldwell Banker Commercial. Later, she worked as an office manager with a small real estate company. In 1994, she became a licensed Property Manager and purchased a property management company which she later sold.
After leaving real estate for a time to work as a private caregiver, Tracy went back to school to earn an associate degree in Computer and Information Systems. Since 2015, Tracy has continued to work as a private caregiver and office administrator for a real estate company.
Today, she combines these skills to assist Scott Hawes and Alex Robertson with their daily tasks to free up their time to do what they do best: sell real estate. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys walking on the river with her dog, Shasta, traveling, and going to football games.
