Raised in Nebraska and a Wyoming resident since 2005, Zach has built his life and career around the land, wildlife, and outdoor traditions of the Mountain West. A lifelong hunter and angler, he developed a deep appreciation for conservation and stewardship through time spent outdoors with his father and grandfather—values that continue to guide both his personal and professional pursuits.

Zach earned a degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University and later owned and operated a successful construction company in both Sheridan and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. For more than 20 years, he specialized in mountain resort construction, high-end custom homes, ranch improvements, and property development, gaining valuable experience in land use, infrastructure, and the unique considerations of Western properties.

His passion for conservation has led to more than two decades of involvement with leading wildlife organizations. Zach has served in leadership roles with the Wyoming Wild Sheep Foundation and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. His tenure on the WY-WSF Board includes five years as Board President and currently serves as the President of the Wyoming Wild Sheep Foundation Endowment Fund Board of Trustees. He also participates in national conservation committees.

Throughout his conservation work, Zach has helped advance habitat enhancement projects, water developments, bighorn sheep reintroduction efforts, and fundraising initiatives. Working alongside private landowners, conservation groups, and state and federal agencies has given him a unique perspective on the relationship among agriculture, wildlife, and responsible land stewardship.

Today, Zach combines his knowledge of ranching, conservation, and property development to help clients identify and maximize the potential of exceptional Western properties.
