New Opportunities for Alaska’s Gold Creek Lodge
Fay Ranches is pleased to announce new opportunities on the Alaska’s Gold Creek Lodge listing, represented by Troy Dana.
The offering now includes two additional profit centers, Katmai Water Taxi and Alaska Bristol Bay Rentals, with the respective assets. All three profit centers are in high demand.
- Katmai Water Taxi – $3,500,000
Operating from June 1 to September 25, Katmai Water Taxi is the official water transportation option to Brooks Falls and Katmai National Park, which attracts around 30,000 visitors annually. Guests shuttles from the King Salmon, Alaska Airport to the National Park Service dock run daily from 7 am-8 pm. In 2022 the water taxi transported approximately 3,846 passengers. The water taxi to Brook Falls is where Otis, a four-time champion of bear week, feasts on a salmon buffet as heard on Radio 3AW ‘Afternoons with Dee Dee Dunleavy’.
- Alaska’s Bristol Bay Rentals – $500,000
Alaska’s Bristol Bay Rentals offer cars as low as $150 per day. Clean vehicles, low mileage, and outstanding customer service are several reasons people keep coming back. The owners have a fleet of eight cars and two vans ready to be rented to those who visit the area.
Alaska’s Gold Creek Lodge is a world-class eco-adventure and fishing lodge on the banks of the Naknek River. Just outside of King Salmon, Alaska, the lodge operates seasonally from May 1st to October 1st. The lodge is located within the Bristol Bay watershed at the entrance to Katmai National Park on the southwestern peninsula. King Salmon is only accessible by air, ensuring a remote wilderness experience.
