Fay & Republic Team Building with Yellow Dog Flyfishing
Some companies do rope courses or escape rooms for their team building, Fay Ranches and Republic Ranches go fishing! With the help of Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, 12 anglers from these powerhouse land brokerage firms spent 4 days fishing for giant redfish in the Louisiana Marsh this past week at the Dogwood Lodge.
“It was wonderful on so many levels. First of all, I made one call to Yellow Dog and they handled the rest. All the logistics, the organizing, the details, which meant I didn’t have to spend time herding cats. The lodge was fantastic, everyone caught big fish and our two companies further strengthened the fibers that have woven us together. I can’t imagine 12 guys having more fun and getting along better than we did. Thanks to the Yellow Dog crew for providing us a “backstage pass” to the amazing fishery in Louisiana and for making sure the trip went off without a hitch.” – Greg Fay
