Joette Schalla Speaks on Solar Leasing on LandGate

I have helped multiple clients place renewable energy development options on their properties, including two properties I own. I have the knowledge and connections to help landowners determine if their property is ideal for wind or solar development, and I maintain working relationships with over a dozen renewable developers with whom I can present potential projects, as well as a networking resource to list your land for additional developers to see. I am also helping landowners who are under option and are successfully being developed prepare to sell their cash flows. I can help them with utilizing a 1031 exchange to purchase other qualified real estate properties with the funds received from the sale of the renewable development cash flows. I am happy to speak with anyone who has a potential development site.
