A native of South Carolina, Cooper Lammonds’ roots run deep in the lowcountry. Cooper, the son of Phillip Lammonds, Fay Ranches’ Tennessee supervising broker, was born and raised in Georgetown, South Carolina.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree in business from Clemson University. Cooper began his sales and technology career as an outside sales rep with Big Ass Fans before joining the financial services account team at DocuSign in Chicago. He had the opportunity to assist banks and credit unions in handling increased mortgage volume and PPP loan applications in the face of the pandemic.

As a young child, his love for the land began alongside his father, Phillip. He learned to respect the land and prioritize conservation. Whether hunting, fishing, or just walking the earth, Cooper’s passion for the land has grown stronger yearly. He has immersed himself in all the southeast offers, from salt marsh flats and bays to rivers, golf course bass ponds, rice fields, and wetlands.

As a land specialist with Fay Ranches, Cooper has returned to his roots by combining the skills he learned in the corporate world with his passion for the land. Cooper provides elite customer service for his clients as he assists them in navigating the complicated process of land transactions. From tax incentives to income-producing opportunities, his background enables him to help clients identify the many financial and recreational benefits of investing in land.

Cooper currently resides in Charleston, South Carolina. When Cooper is not assisting clients in divesting land assets or making their dreams of owning land a reality, he enjoys spending time with his family and chasing tailing redfish, waves on Folly, waterfowl, quail, and turkey.
