Kebi Smith

Ranch Sales
Licensed in: MT, WY

Kebi Smith is a fourth-generation Montanan and cattle rancher, raising commercial cattle—from calving through finishing. After graduating from National American University in South Dakota, she returned to Montana, where she spent nearly a decade working for Farm Services Agency on conservation, disaster, and farm programs prior to obtaining her real estate license in 1999. Kebi began her real estate career by specializing in the sale of ranch and recreational properties across Montana. In 2016, she expanded her scope of services, earning her license in Wyoming to allow her to assist both buyers and sellers regionally as well as statewide.

Read The Land Report article “True Grit” featuring Kebi Smith. “With deep roots in Montana, Kebi Smith was born to be a ranch broker-and a ranch owner, as well.”

Raised in the scenic West Boulder River Valley near Big Timber, Kebi enjoyed a multitude of outdoor recreational activities with her family amid the backdrop of the Beartooth Mountains. To this day, the time spent with family enjoying the Montana outdoors has sparked her desire to share her love for Big Sky Country with real estate clients from across the nation.

Kebi, her husband, Terry, and her son, Justin, currently own and operate a working ranch in eastern Montana, where they have a cow/calf and feedlot operation. In her free time, Kebi enjoys training horses and competing in nearby barrel racing events. She also enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends hiking, fishing, and downhill skiing at some of Montana’s finest ski resorts.

Combined with her extensive knowledge and years of real estate experience, Kebi’s agricultural background makes her a valuable asset to both buyers and sellers of fine Montana and Wyoming working and recreational ranches. Montana ranch broker Kebi Smith can be reached through the Fay Ranches office in Broadus, Montana.
