These honors highlight the caliber of professionals representing Fay Ranches and affirm our reputation for exceptional service in land brokerage across the country.
- Greg Fay, Founder of Fay Ranches, earned the Region 4 Broker of the Year in Agricultural Land – Ranch Sales.
- Branif Scott, Partner at Fay Ranches, was awarded Region 4 Broker of the Year in Recreational Land Sales.
- Jim Vidamour, ALC, received the Region 6 Broker of the Year in Recreational Land Sales.
- Vinny Delgado, Partner at Fay Ranches, was awarded the 2024 APEX Producers Club
- Ryan Bramlette, ALC, was awarded the 2024 APEX Producers Club
- Joette Schalla, ALC, was awarded the 2024 APEX Producers Club
The awards were presented at the National Land Conference (NLC25) held on March 18 in Tucson, Arizona, by RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus, MBA, RCE, and The Land Report co-founders Eddie Lee Rider Jr. and Eric O’Keefe.

Now in its eighth year, the APEX Awards Program highlights outstanding performance in the land industry. In 2024, participating professionals reported a collective $8.9 billion in sales volume, representing more than 1.2 million acres and over 9,200 transaction sides. Only a select number of RLI’s 2,000 members receive this distinction each year.
