Agent Coordinator
Bozeman, MT

Emily Olson is a 5th-generation Montanan, born in what locals proudly refer to as Butte, America. At a young age, Emily and her family began splitting their time between Montana and Santa Barbara, California, as her father accepted a teaching job at a private boarding school. She considers herself extremely fortunate to have grown up in two very different but equally wonderful worlds, each with its own unique characteristics.

After high school, Emily began working in the real estate industry in the Santa Barbara/Montecito area, where she remained for five years. After working in real estate, she made a natural transition into the IT sector, where she specialized in the delivery of managed services. While working as an IT Project Manager, she oversaw numerous infrastructure overhauls, software development build-outs, and security compliance implementation projects for various companies and government entities.

In 2018, she launched a blog titled Defensive Energy, where she extensively wrote about topics at the intersection of energy policy, national security, and their relationship to matters of geopolitics and policymaking.

Emily is excited to be stepping back into the world of real estate with Fay Ranches and is pleased to have discovered a business that shares her passion for the outdoors and conservation.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and BBQing, camping, fly fishing, archery, and sailing. She fills her weekends with adventures that get her and her puppy Mochi out of the city limits.
