Emily is a Licensed Assistant for Greg Fay, James Esperti, Ryan Bramlette, and Matt Henningsen. She is headquartered in Bozeman, Montana, and works alongside Teri Lumsden.
Emily moved from Minneapolis to Bozeman in 2009 to attend college and explore the mountains. She graduated from Montana State University with her Bachelor of Science in Community Health. After spending time in Bozeman, she has found a strong appreciation and passion for the outdoors. Emily has years of experience marketing for an outdoor gear company and a hospitality industry with a focus on National Parks. She has recent experience as a Customer Success Manager for a tech company, managing multiple accounts and building strong client relationships. Emily is excited to bring her skills and experience in client management and marketing to Fay Ranches.
When Emily is not at Fay Ranches, you can find her training for an ultra-marathon, split-boarding with friends, or backpacking in various mountain ranges across Montana. She loves to play in the mountains throughout the seasons and is a strong advocate for conservation.
During the pandemic, Emily learned how to sew PPE masks and donated them to Bozeman Deaconess and other organizations in need. She now uses her sewing skills to repair outdoor gear and make custom bike frame bags with her partner, Ben.
