Wildfires Affecting Property Value

As I was writing this, the two largest wildfires in the history of New Mexico were burning. The Hermits Peak/Calf Canyon Fire, just northeast of Santa Fe, and the Black Fire in the Gila National Forest were burning at a historic pace.
