Held in the heart of Bozeman, Montana, this annual event embodies the spirit of Fay Ranches, providing an opportunity for professional growth, relationship-building, and insight into emerging trends in the land investment industry.

Luncheon at Lucchese Bootmakers

A special PUBLIC luncheon at the Lucchese Bootmaker shop in downtown Bozeman honored the heart and soul of rural America, celebrating the land, the people who steward it, and the vital work being done to support rural communities across the country. The public, along with experienced land investors, individuals exploring new opportunities, and people passionate about rural America – were invited to network and connect with the Fay Ranches team while enjoying catered bites and browsing Lucchese boots.

Land Investor 10th Anniversary Party: A Grand Kickoff

The Summit kicked off with the Land Investor 10th Anniversary Hangar Party at the Bridger Aerospace Hangar, where industry innovators, investors, and leaders gathered to celebrate a decade of Land Investor magazine.

A Networking Powerhouse

Attendees had the chance to connect with key figures in land and adjacent industries while enjoying a high-energy mix of business and entertainment. The event featured an exclusive viewing of a Gulfstream 280, providing a unique opportunity to connect aviation with discussions on land investment.

With craft beer from Map Brewing, wine tastings, hors d’oeuvres, and a tasting booth by Willie’s Distillery, guests enjoyed a lively atmosphere, complete with live music. Guests participated in business card raffles, competitive games, door prizes, and opportunities to support the Fay Rural Community Foundation.

Despite a classic Montana winter storm rolling in, attendance remained strong, demonstrating the dedication of Fay Ranches’ agents and industry leaders to expanding their networks and businesses.

Evening Events: More Than Just Business

The evenings were just as impactful as the daytime sessions:

• A “Canadian Tuxedo,” aka denim-themed night at the Ponderosa Club, featured billiards, bowling, and great conversations. This dinner, sponsored by Discipline Advisors, provided plenty of networking, team building, and friendly competition at the bowling lanes and pool tables.
• A throwback-themed dinner at Tune-Up Bar, where attendees dressed to represent the decade they grew up in, blended nostalgia with modern networking. The evening, sponsored by UBS and AgAmerica, was followed by camaraderie and some slick dance moves by several of the agents.
