FRCF Strengthens Rural Education at Sheridan High

In a meaningful step toward expanding educational opportunities, the Fay Rural Community Foundation, in partnership with dedicated donors, has empowered Sheridan High School in Sheridan, Montana, by funding essential new equipment for the school’s recently expanded shop facility. This investment enhances hands-on learning and prepares students for careers in skilled trades, reinforcing the Foundation’s commitment to strengthening rural education.

sheridan high school shop class frcfWith an enrollment of nearly 70 students and a student-teacher ratio of 8:1, Sheridan High School is a prime example of how targeted support can transform learning experiences in small rural communities. The school’s newly upgraded Ag Mechanics program now offers students modern tools and real-world applications, ensuring they develop technical skills that translate directly into career pathways.
