Successful Land Broker Bolsters Colorado Team, Adds Experienced Coloradan to Lead Effort
Denver, CO – Fay Ranches has announced the acquisition of John Watson and his Colorado real estate brokerage. Watson has been a Colorado ranch broker for the past twenty years, directed a national real estate practice and handled land transactions in 12 U.S. states.
Last year, Fay Ranches closed approximately $200 million in sales across 5 states, assuring hundreds of thousands of acres of important working landscapes remain in production.
“John knows me and the Fay team well, we have a great history of both collaborating and competing on assignments,” said Greg Fay, founder of Fay Ranches. “We are aligned in our passion for the land, John fits into the culture of how we do business at Fay Ranches, and with his experience in ranchland, farmland and timberland transactions it complements our people-driven expansion to added geographies and land asset classes.”

John is an expert in working with families and landowners with high expectations of service.
