The Fay Ranches Summit, held every February, is a key event that truly captures the spirit of Fay culture. This annual tradition gives Fay agents and business reps a fantastic opportunity for educational training and networking. Attendees gain valuable insights and skills through tailored sessions, fostering professional growth and collaboration. The Summit not only boosts individual expertise but also strengthens the collective knowledge and unity of the Fay community. By aligning with Fay’s core values, this event ensures that participants are well-equipped to excel in their roles and contribute to the company’s ongoing success. Plus, it’s a great chance to build on our agents’ existing knowledge on a variety of topics, including industry trends, upcoming opportunities, and new tech tools, all in an atmosphere of camaraderie and sales excellence.

The Summit Cost is $450/agent and $200/additional guest. Summit attendance fees are not refundable after December 1, 2024.

BOOKING INFORMATION:

The room block at the Element Hotel has closed. As the reservation cutoff date has passed, the Element has released any remaining rooms. If you have reservation questions, please contact the Element Hotel directly. Kayla Powell | Direct 406-551-2320

Room Information: The Element Bozeman offers King Studio, and Double Queen Studio Room at the standard block rate. All rooms at the Element Bozeman are light, bright, and spacious and the standard rooms come with fully equipped kitchenettes.

  • Check-in is at 3:00 PM
  • Check-out is at 12:00 PM
  • On-site parking is available for $10/room night/personal vehicle or $100/room night for RVs, buses, trailers, and other large vehicles
  • Garage Parking is available (across the street) for $15.00 per room night per vehicle
  • Complimentary Airport Shuttle (based on availability – this will need to be booked by you personally call the front desk at 406-582-4972)

Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport: Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is Montana’s busiest airport and is just 10 miles from the Element Bozeman. Book your flights early for the best deals.

Ground Transportation: In addition to the hotel shuttle, there are multiple options for ground transportation from the airport, including rental car, ride share (Uber/Lyft), or private car service. Fay staff will not be providing shuttle services.

Complimentary Airport Hotel Shuttle: Please schedule the Airport Shuttle by calling the Element Hotel front desk 1-week prior to arrival at 406-582-4972. The hotel shuttle is complimentary for guests and based on availability.

Q: Do I really need to book a room? I was planning on staying with Greg Fay…

A: The ‘room block’ at the Fay Residence is full. Please book your room at the Element Hotel.

Q: What do I need to bring?

A: Business Cards, your computer and charger, Fay branded apparel, your OVOU card, Land Sales Manual, and WARM clothes!

Q: How do I get to the venue?

A: Detailed directions are in the travel section above. If you are flying in, you have the option of the complimentary airport shuttle or paying for your own ground transportation. Fay staff will not be providing shuttle services.

Q: Will beer be provided? (or close by)

A: There will be ample opportunity to imbibe – this is not a dry Summit. The Element Bozeman hosts a nightly reception for guests. Afternoon snacks may contain beer. There will be cocktails at the evening events. And if that’s not enough – it’s Bozeman – there are bars everywhere.

Q: How should I dress?

A: Please dress casually with the thought that we will have a photographer onsite for the entire event. We would appreciate you wearing as much branded Fay Ranches clothing/hats as possible, AND remember it will be winter in Montana. Thank you!

Q: Can my kids come?

A: Yes, kids are welcome. In fact, the Element has an indoor pool!

Q: Can my pets come?

A: Your dogs are welcome. The Element Bozeman is a dog-friendly hotel. No other pets are allowed. The first dog is free, and the second dog is $100/stay. Max Pet Weight: 40# | Max number of pets in a room: 2

Q: Will there be something for my +1 to do while I am in sessions?

A: We encourage you to invite your +1 to the morning sessions—see the agenda for further details. Bozeman has many things to do, with easy Uber/Lyft access and a great public transportation service. Fun things to do in Bozeman, MT.
