Charlie McFarlane is the Director of Marketing at Fay Ranches. Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, she grew up working for her family company, one of the largest industrial sheet suppliers in the Midwest. She studied Marketing and Graphic Design at Montana State University, falling in love with the Rocky Mountain region. Before joining Fay Ranches, Charlie worked as the head of marketing for a non-profit organization and at a local retail store, where she focused on event, digital, and print marketing efforts. When not in the office, you can usually find her on the slopes, in the water, or aggressively playing cards.
