As part of Fay Ranches’ Hicks Team, Hollie has effectively represented buyers and sellers in the central and eastern Oregon regions, specializing in ranches, farms, recreational properties, and luxurious homes. Hollie continuously expands her knowledge and expertise by assisting Jerry and Jesica in transactions involving various properties, including extensive working ranches, farms, timberland, equestrian properties, small hobby ranches, and upscale residences.
Hollie’s upbringing in the rural community of Prineville in Central Oregon, driven by a spirit of adventure, led her to Savannah, Georgia, to immerse herself in the southern lifestyle. After a few years, she and her growing family relocated to Washington State, where she dedicated herself to being a full-time mother until her son reached a certain age. Once settled in Portland, Oregon, Hollie reentered the workforce and discovered her natural talent for assisting others by maintaining their homes and properties. Over the years, she has acquired a valuable skill set while working with discerning clients, greatly benefiting her current and future endeavors in the real estate industry.
Hollie decided to return to Central Oregon to be closer to her family after the birth of her second child. Taking the initiative to start her own business, Hollie succeeded and established herself as the premier cleaning company in Prineville, serving residential and commercial properties. Two years after returning to central Oregon, Hollie joined forces with her father, Jerry Hicks, and sister, Jesica Hicks, in their thriving real estate enterprise.
Outside of her professional life, Hollie cherishes the time spent with her children in the comfort of their home. She keeps them engaged in sports and dance, resulting in a busy schedule of moving from one activity to another. Additionally, Hollie actively participates in her community. She contributes to the Crook County Music and Theatre Booster's Club, an organization that raises funds for scholarships awarded to high school seniors through an annual event called The Follies. Whenever possible, Hollie indulges in the enjoyment of attending concerts and festivals with her friends. Although she has yet to travel abroad, she aspires to embark on that adventure in the near future.
